This internationally-renowned historical festival in the heart of Old Vaudreuil is dedicated to keeping the past alive through family-oriented activities that give visitors a real sense of life in the age of the seigneurs. Since 2014 the Eugene Chaplin Tent has graced Old Vaudreuil, an architectural wonder that holds the Guinness world record for largest hand-painted tent in the world! Under the big top, the festival boasts performances by world-class circus performers, while outside activities for guests of all ages attract thousands each year.
July 1-3 2016
With an equestrian tradition like no other, the town of St. Lazare celebrates all things horsey with three days of shows (this year the guests are medieval cavalier troupe The Knights of Valour!), exhibitions, local shopping, and kid-friendly activities. Now in their second year, the town expects to top last year’s attendance of 10,000 people!

A stellar collection of performers, an endless variety of styles, and a charming town as backdrop make the Hudson Music Festival a week not to be missed. The mission of this fall favourite festival is to get people outside in the fresh air and really show off the glorious autumn colours of the mountain. Thousands turn out on Thanksgiving weekend to explore the artisans market, food trucks, and farmers market at Parc Chartier-De- Lotbinière before hitting the trails further up the mountain.
