This Saturday, Sonia Lefebvre will be giving a session of Hatha yoga, a type of yoga exploiting the complementarity of the postures and the respiration rhythm. You will also find in this session some moments dedicated to meditation. This practice is intended for a clientele of all levels.
A bit more about Sonia …
In 2014, while looking for a way to reconnect with herself after breast cancer, Sonia discovered yoga. From the first lessons, she was seduced by the benefits of discipline. In addition to the physical benefits and increased body awareness, yoga has brought her the calm and serenity that represents for her the unity between body and mind. For Sonia, yoga is a special moment of mindfulness during which time is suspended, a real meditation in action!
It is the desire to transmit this passion that pushed her to follow the teacher training. Today his teaching is tinged with calm and gentleness, in precision as well as in power. It seeks to transmit self-transcendence, both in the asanas and mental and spiritual levels, while respecting the individual limits of each person.
