Every Saturday morning, participate in free one-hour sessions with a teacher of yoga, Qi Gong or conscious movement. This Saturday, do Hatha yoga with Christine Le Mercier.
Christine loves to travel and she is passionate about the movement of the human body. It’s in Thailand for a trip/study stay of three months that her yoga practice changed. An immersion of Thai yoga morning and evening accompanied by mantras, that’s where she discovered the union of the body and the spirit.
Morning yoga has a lot of benefits on the body. It allows you to wake the body and mind gently recharge the body of energy through asanas.
She is now certified in Hatha Yoga and is part of the International Alliance Yoga Association.
