This summer, come and relax near the Soulanges canal as part of the Samedis zen! Every Saturday morning, participate in free one-hour sessions with a yoga, Qi Gong or conscious movement teacher. What a great way to enjoy the summer and the beautiful environment of the Soulanges canal!
This Saturday,Shana Berthiaume of Shana Yoga Trapèze will accompany you in a session of Vinyasa yoga, a sequence of movements (flow) faster than Hatha practice, all to the rhythm of breathing.
A bit more about Shana …
Shana is a passionate about life in general. She has been teaching aerial yoga since 2017. She started Yoga Trapeze training in 2017. Ever since, she has been learning Yoga Hammocks and has been training with Ashtanga Vinyasa. She strongly believes in continuing education, it allows her to grow her human knowledge, but also grow as a person. It is with this mindset that she completed a Yin yoga training last May.
