This summer, come and relax at the edge of the Soulanges canal as part of the Samedis zen! Every Saturday morning, participate in free one-hour sessions with a teacher of yoga, Qi Gong or conscious movement. What a beautiful way to enjoy the summer and the beautiful environment of the Soulanges canal!
This Saturday, Josée Maltais will accompany you in a session of Conscious Movement Anti-stress, a method of self-massage to improve, improve flexibility and mobility without pain, take care of yourself, evacuate stress and sleep again. A real meditation in movement!
