This Saturday, Une voix un corps with MC Côté and Mélanie Therrien will be a marriage of three arts: tai chi, yoga and meditation.
A bit more about Une voix un corps
MC Côté has been working in the health field for 32 years. Two years ago, she created Une voix un corps, a workshop that becomes a way of life. It is the marriage of her passions, words, breathing, meditation, tai chi and yoga, all fueled by her coaching practice. Une voix un corps is practicing benevolence for one’s body, one’s heart and one’s mind!
Mélanie Therrien recently joined the project Une voix un corps. She is a certified yoga teacher and a trainer in mindfulness meditation. She is particularly interested in gentle practices for the body. Her specialty is roundness yoga, which makes this art of living accessible to all bodies and all physical conditions.
