Verger Labonté

Apples, pumpkins, and muffins, oh my!

Make visiting Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot’s Verger Labonté a fall tradition. In high season, the orchard is full of families and groups finding the perfect Halloween pumpkin and picking bushels of rosy red and bright gold apples before trying out one of the orchard’s famous corn mazes. Visiting the orchard is a fun and educational activity for school and daycare groups and, on weekends, a great way for families with young children to get out of the city.

Enjoy fresh apples and homemade goodies, like the orchard’s famous apple muffins, jellies, syrup, apple butter, pies and tarts; the farm also produces plums, pears, and a variety of squashes. Le P’tit Bistro is a farm-to-table experience open to guests Saturdays and Sundays, made with products from the farm; this includes their grain-fed free-range turkeys and chickens, raised without hormones or antibiotics.
