After working at the family restaurant, Leblanc Patate à Huntingdon, she turned to fine cuisine for several years before returning to her first culinary love. In 2012, with 35 years of experience behind the chef’s apron, Brigitte opened her restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
