The Club de Voile Deux-Montagnes was founded in 1967 and since then, dynamic members and good management have made the club one of the most beautiful ans most well-known sailing clubs in Quebec. With a strong focus on sailing and to the needs of its members, the corporation’s main goal is to maintain a thriving athletic organization geared to families.
Located in Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac, right on the shores of the Lake of Two Mountains, the club si only 30 minutes from Montreal. Its shady, 25,000 square-metre site hosts 200 sailboats, several of which are deep-water vessels, as well as more than 50 dinghies. The marian is naturally protected from strong west winds, with the additional protection of a stone jetty and wave-breaks. A beach with small dinghies completes the picture-perfect club.
The site also offers two large gazebos, picnic tables, gas barbecues, garden chairs and games for the kids.
The club frequently hosts activities, such as cocktails for new members, a season-opening supper, corn roasts and an end-of-season supper.
