The Marc Besner sugar shack has been a regional mainstay for over 35 years. In that time, the family has responded to its growing clientele by expanding its venue, which can now welcome over 500 people in its many reception rooms. Still, each and every room is warm and welcoming, with touches of cabin’s history found throughout; one room boasts a collection of artifacts from the Besner family ancestors, revealing how the family has grown with the region over the past century.
